When you place an order, you will receive an e-mail from our server to confirm that your order has been successfully processed and providing an order summary.
Please check your order summary details to ensure the items and invoice delivery addresses are correct. Should there be any errors then please send us an e-mail entitled 'Order Correction' to: sales@ukbra.com
Please be sure to include your name, address and order number when contacting us. Our team will e-mail you when the order has been amended.
Postage within the UK will be by Royal Mail. Outside UK, goods will be sent by Airmail. All goods will be despatched within 2 working days of the date of your order. However please allow at least 10 working days for delivery before contacting us, as we are unable to investigate with Royal Mail until this time has passed. You should also check if your sorting office is holding your package.
Somtimes styles are new from factory or sizes/colours only available there, our staffs would arrange to send directly to you. In that case will be by Airmail with registration. To be 7 - 9 days to arrive.
Our interactive stock control system will only allow you to order items available for immediate despatch. Should an item indicate 'Awaiting Delivery', then it is on the way sending from manufacturer and should be available shortly.
